Uplytics Asset Mover, Uplytics Send-Fest and Uplytics - Construction Hub Notifier (collectively "the Extensions") are browser extensions developed by Laban / Uplytics.org. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the limited permissions required for the Extensions to function.

1. Data Collection and Usage

The Extensions are designed with a "Client-Side Only" architecture. This means:

• No Server Tracking: We do not transmit, store, or analyze your personal data, Upland credentials, or game activity on our own servers.
• Local Authentication: The Extensions temporarily detect your Upland "Bearer Token" (Authentication Token) from your active browser session. This token is stored locally in your browser's memory or storage (`chrome.storage.local`) solely to authenticate API calls to Upland on your behalf.
• Direct Communication: All actions (such as scanning properties, moving assets, or monitoring active construction contracts) are performed directly between your browser and the official Upland game servers (`api.prod.upland.me`).

2. Permissions

The Extensions request the following permissions for specific functional purposes:

• Host Permissions (*://*.upland.me/*): Required to interact with the game interface, fetch active contracts, and execute the in-game commands you initiate.
• Storage: Used to save your settings (e.g., last used Property ID, target cities, minimum price filters) and the authentication token locally within your browser context.
• Scripting / WebRequest: Used to inject control panels into the game tab and detect the necessary authentication headers.
• Notifications: Used by the Construction Hub Notifier to display real-time desktop alerts when a contract matches your criteria.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties. Since the data never leaves your browser (except to communicate with Upland's own servers), we do not possess any data to share.

These Extensions are third-party tools and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Uplandme, Inc. Use of this software is at your own risk. The developer is not responsible for any actions taken against your Upland account resulting from the use of third-party or automation tools.
